Meet Our Partners

Perth Pork Products

Perth Pork Products is a hog farm started by Fred and Ingrid de Martines, who immigrated from the Netherlands about 30 years ago. Fred is a certified swine specialist with European training and experience. They have been selling rare and heritage breed pork products directly to fine-dining restaurants and boutique butcher shops, in and around the Stratford area since 1992.

Beverly Creek Farms

Beverly Creek Farms was founded in the early 2000s by Jon and Sharon Hardwick. Specializing in Ontario-bred Southdown lambs, years of experience have led to the perfect nutritional diet and living conditions to yield lamb that tastes better than anything you’ve ever had before. The Millgrove, Ontario-based farm also raises absolutely beautiful goat and beef, championing the scottish red and black angus breeds, prized for their early maturation, marbling content and flavour.

Penokean Hills Farms

Penokean Hills Farms is a 100% Northern Ontario brand of premium-quality beef from the Algoma district. Their cattle are primarily raised on natural grasses and finished for three to four months on their Premier Award Winning finishing diet (Pea’s and Barley) which helps to promote great tenderness and uniquetaste. Penokean Hills uses Black and Red Angus and Angus-cross cattle. These animals are free to forge on the natural grasses and plants that are both healthy for the cattle, the consumer and adapted to Northern Ontario conditions. The beef is all-naturally raised, with no use of any added hormones or anti-biotics.

Murray’s Farm

Murray’s Farm is dedicated to ethical and environmentally friendly farming practices. Their emphasis is on how their animals are raised, what they eat, and how they live. Animals who live stress-free lives simply taste better.

The Heritage Eggs produced by Murray’s Farm come from care-free hens who roam the yard searching, pecking and scratching. The heritage hens and fowl they raise are happy, healthy, and pastured.

Murray Thunberg, owner of Murray’s Farm is the only farmer in Canada that has registered herds of Herefords, British Saddlebacks, and Gloucestershire Old Spot. He is also raising Berkshires and Tamworths.

Farm Fresh Poultry Co-op

Farm Fresh Poultry Co-op has been producing top-tier birds for years. Their high quality, grain-fed, air-chilled birds from Wellington county family farmers raise a cross-breed chicken that is tender, juicy and full of flavour. All of their poultry is processed in their own Harriston, Ontario based abbatoir.
